Scope: Preparation of lift walls ready for adhesive application and final finishing.
As part of our latest works, we undertook a comprehensive upgrade of lift interiors. This involved the careful preparation of lift walls, ensuring they were fully primed and ready for adhesive application before the final finishes were added.
The project spanned across 4 lifts in total, all of which have been successfully completed. We installed Tarkett LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) flooring throughout, selected for its durability and elegant aesthetic.
To add a modern touch, we employed a Herringbone style fit for the LVT flooring, enhancing the visual appeal and adding a sense of sophistication to the lifts’ interiors. This attention to detail ensures a refined look that complements the high-traffic nature of the lifts while providing long-lasting performance.

This project embarked on an ambitious renovation, encompassing a comprehensive overhaul of the existing staircase and bathroom wall areas. Our objective was to rejuvenate these spaces, enhancing functionality and aesthetic appeal. The scope of work involved the following key stages:
A significant aspect of the transformation involved altering the staircase’s orientation. The stairs were meticulously repositioned to descend from the opposite side, thereby improving the flow and spatial dynamics of the home.
The project’s centrepiece was the installation of a bespoke oak staircase. Complemented by a crafted oak bannister and elegant glass panels, this feature staircase is a stunning focal point, marrying traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design.
